LIMIT OF LIABILITY:

JOLLY STORE Crafts® makes no warranty of any kind expressed or implied, including warranties of merchantability for any purpose. Buyer assumes all risk and liability for results obtained by the use of these products whether singly or in combination with other products. The price paid for merchandise shall be our maximum limit of liability. Buyer releases, holds harmless and agrees to indemnify seller, JOLLY STORE Crafts® from and against any and all other liabilities and claims, including consequential damages.

30 Day Money Back Return Policy- We guarantee all items to be free from defects. Please contact us if you receive a defective product that needs replaced. We do not offer exchanges of products.

Failed Delivery or Refused Delivery-In the event of a failed delivery due to an incorrect address, you will be liable to pay the actual shipping cost for the item to be re-shipped to the correct address. In the event a delivery is refused, then shipping costs plus a 15% re-stock charge will be applied to the refund. Any refunds given for returned packages that do not require re-shipping will be less the handling and shipping costs we incurred.

We will accept unopened merchandise within 30 days of purchase for a refund of the purchase price. Shipping expenses are not refundable. All returned product must be sellable, unopened, and in original packaging. Opened merchandise returned will not be refunded or returned to the customer!

International customers are responsible for all taxes and or duties that may be due.

Images/Pictures: Due to variance in the display of color across different monitors, image colors may not be an exact match, use for reference only.

Multi Assorted Mixes: Multi and assorted beads are random assorted mixes. We do not guarantee you will receive every color, shape, letter or number pictured. You will not receive an even amount of every color or number, etc.

Colors: Due to variations during production colors may not be an exact match or shade as previously purchased even if product number and description are the same.
